Major Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for overseeing human resources department for social service agency with 150 employees by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices (including matters related to recruitment and hiring, performance, payroll, worker’s compensation, safety, employee benefits, training and development)

Position Requirements:  Qualified candidates will have a proven knowledge of formal education and experience that would result in a working knowledge of human resources with a minimum of five years experience in a human resource generalist experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related area. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to employment; general computer skills; effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; and very effective oral and written communication skills.
